Seasonal and regional drinking pleasure

Drinking specialities made with love.
Our herb garden has once again provided us with wonderful herbs this year, which we have used to make seasonal drinks as well as seasonings.

Currently available are:

Rhubarb gin
Sweet and tangy, simply solid. With rhubarb from Küssnacht.

Rhubarb lemon balm spritzer
With rhubarb from Küssnacht and lemon balm from our herb garden.

Spring spritzer
With the warmer rays of sunshine, wild herbs sprout anew. So do goutweed and daisies. Lemon balm gives the syrup a tangy flavour. A regional and seasonal delight!

Badhof house iced tea
With herbs from our herb garden: peppermint, lemon balm, lemon verbena, lime blossom, lavender, golden balm, mallow blossom and marigold. The lovely blend, also possible warm, for warmth in the stomach.

Golfer Kafi
Very popular with the regional Pflümli.
