Our homemade gins
The rhubarb gin is made from rhubarb grown in the garden of our chef, Beat Schuler. This springtime treat is tangy and sweet – a real delight!
We have made our plum gin using Fellenberger plums from the Ulrich family’s farm in Küssnacht.
Another classic at our place: our homemade, spicy ginger and lemon spritzer.
