The new springtime menu

We are happy to spoil you with our classics such as veal liver with fresh mushrooms in sage butter - served with homemade rösti, chicken strips "Zurich style" in a light mushroom cream sauce with homemade rösti or the freshly caught fish of the day from the Nils Hofer Meggen fishery with leaf spinach and rosemary potatoes with beurre blanc.

Or how do the vegetarian delicacies such as our homemade cheese spaetzli with colourful salad sound?
our vegetable rösti with colourful vegetables, gratinated mountain cheese and fried egg or
the basil ravioli from the pasta specialists "Safra" from Lucerne - served with a sophisticated mix of vegetables?
