For meat lovers, we also offer the finest beef fillet “Stroganoff” or beef fillet medallions in three sizes, cooked to your exact preference. Our classics such as Zürcher Geschnetzeltes, Wiener schnitzel or tender veal liver are back on the menu, served in true style with homemade rösti or chips.
We treat fish lovers to freshly caught fish of the day, sourced directly from the Nils Hofer fishery in Meggen, or our popular crispy pike-perch fillets.
A particular highlight is our “Stube-Güggeli” – crispy from the oven with herbs (cooking time 30–40 mins).
