It gives us great pleasure to be able to offer you seasonal drinks alongside good, select wines.
At the moment, this is the plum gin, which contains savoury from the herb garden. The non-alcoholic version is the flavoursome lemon ginger punch, which also contains lemon balm.
Our lemon balm thrived wonderfully again this year and its leaves decorated many an ice cream. At the same time, our savoury grew to almost rampant proportions. It's nice when the herbs like it here! That's why we were able to collect lots of herbs for our home herbal tea and lovingly dry them.
