Our homemade gins
Rhubarb gin, a tangy, sweet treat. Made from rhubarb grown in the garden of our chef, Beat Schuler.
Plum gin, the fruity one. Made from Fellenberger plums from the Ulrich family’s farm in Küssnacht.

Our homemade spritzers
The classic non-alcoholic drinks. The zesty ginger and lemon spritzer or the fruity plum spritzer.
