Freshly caught fish: ‘Luzerner Art’ fish of the day, straight from the long-established Nils Hofer fishmonger’s in Meggen.
Seasonal & vegetarian variety: Creamy mushroom risotto with Tête de Moine and fresh figs, or homemade cheese spätzli.
For a light bite: savoury tarte flambée, delicious beef tartare or the popular Badhof platter with Lucerne-style Birewegge.
